What changes will you make this year?

It’s time to make those changes that you long to make.

I started the year with some radical dietary shifts when I decided to remove coffee, alcohol, sugar, wheat and dairy. I feel great and it’s only the beginning.

I think getting your health sorted is a great starting point to revolutionising your life and living it on your own terms.

Next it’s time to deal with that critic, the one that stops us from doing what it is we know we have to do. The one that constantly keeps us in check as it whispers it’s advise.

Critic, your days are numbered.
