and make the ordinary extraordinary

Spend more time creating than consuming

I feel that I’m picking myself up on this question: Am I spending more time creating than consuming?

Because it’s so easy to consume, we’ve never had more choice. You can jump onto social media or flop down in front of the box, and that’s not all bad; it’s good to have time to drop out from your world and enjoy what another has to give. But I’ve notice how hours can pass and nothing’s been done. And then I’m reminded that I have to create and not only get pull into another’s idea of the world.

Because we all have to contribute, we all have to donate what it is that is going on inside.

As you ask: Have I spent more time in creating than I have in consuming?

And then you can balance it up.

Because creating is what it is that you are really here to do, that’s your job!
